LNF is able to assist any family whose child is receiving treatment for any pediatric cancer in the US. The family does not need to be a US resident.
The child/family must be recommended by their hospital social worker or oncologist, who can request an application form from LNF through EMAIL ONLY at happyface@lukefund.org.
The social worker should EMAIL LNF and provide the social worker's name, address, email, and phone number..
LNF is not permitted to provide a grant to another charitable organization for a patient, as per NYS. The request must come from the hospital social worker/oncologist and not through another third-party agency.
